How do I register my pet with you?

Registering your pet with us in simple. You can either visit us at our practice and run through registration with a member of our reception team or simply fill out our online form by clicking here.

How long is an appointment?

Our standard appointments are 20 minutes long.  When you make your appointment, our reception team will ask about the reason for your visit and, if they feel that you may need a longer appointment, they will discuss this with you.

Can I make an appointment if I haven't registered my pet with you?

We ask for all pest to be registered with us prior to an appointment being made. Should your pet be in urgent need of treatment, or if you are visiting from outside the local area, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Can I upgrade my Healthy Pet Plan membership?

Healthy Pet Plan members can upgrade their membership level at any time. The new membership level will come into effect at the start of the following subscription month.

What medications are covered in your Healthy Pet Plan discount?

Almost all of our veterinary medications are included in the 20% discount offered to Silver and Gold members of our Healthy Pet Plan.  Some specialist medications, however, may not be covered and our veterinary team will discuss this with you if necessary.
